The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join us at the ground floor and shape the future of how immigration works. You’ll lead the technical vision — designing, developing, and scaling the platform that will power thousands of successful visa journeys.

You’ll work directly with the co-founders to make key product and architectural decisions, move fast from idea to execution, and build an exceptional user experience rooted in empathy, speed, and precision.

This is not a regular engineering role — it’s a chance to build a product that changes lives while owning meaningful equity in a company that’s growing fast.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, design, and build scalable, AI-powered immigration tools and workflows
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product roadmap and technical priorities
• Take ownership of core systems from backend to frontend — quality, performance, and reliability
• Experiment with new AI technologies and automation frameworks to push boundaries
• Build an engineering culture rooted in ownership, clarity, and speed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in software development and system architecture
• Passion for building products end-to-end, not just writing code
• Experience with scalable systems, AI integration, or workflow automation is a plus
• Curiosity, bias for action, and a love for building in fast-moving startup environments
• Empathy for users — especially immigrants, founders, and ambitious professionals pursuing their dreams
