What You Will Be Doing

• Design and build robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems.
• Implement distributed and scalable solutions, ensuring resilience, reliability, and redundancy in the system.
• Utilize your expertise in Kubernetes and Docker to streamline the orchestration and deployment of services.
• Architect and develop event-driven solutions, leveraging enterprise integration and messaging patterns, preferably on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate with large-scale applications
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold best practices and maintain high code quality
• Maintain the highest standards of security, transaction handling, monitoring, and performance across all backend systems.
• Implement and optimize observability and monitoring solutions using tools such as NewRelic.

You’ll Be a Great Fit for This Role If

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• You have proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a minimum of 5 years in the role.
• Eager to learn new programming languages including GO.
• You’re familiar with DevOps tools such as GitLab CI, Maven/Gradle, and GIT, enabling smooth deployment and integration.
• Strong knowledge of at least one statically typed programming language.
• You have experience with relational database design (e.g., Postgres, MySQL).
• You demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• You thrive in a collaborative team environment.
