Your Responsibilities

· Creating quarterly/yearly SEO & Product development roadmaps

· Defining the SEO product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on collaboration with SEO team

· Acting as a key member of the technology team in developing product strategies for the business according to company vision

· Managing the SEO product roadmap with target and key metrics that the teams can achieve

· Working closely with SEO, product teams, UX teams, product owner leads & product owners

· Fully focusing on SEO user journey and identifying growth opportunities

· Being responsible for the personal development of the lead product owners

· Contributing the Hepsiburada overall roadmap

· Understanding and representing user needs

· Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses

· Defining a vision for a product

· Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product

· Prioritizing product features and capabilities.

· Collaborating closely with UX/Design & Analytics teams

· Using data to inform team priorities and decision making and presenting trade-offs to stakeholders

· Working closely with engineering, growth, commercial, marketing and supporting to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met

Our Requirements

· Having a strong technical ability and experience as a Product Person, ideally in a data capacity in an e-commerce or related field

· 5+ years of experience in product management or technology management roles

· Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools

· Having a proven track record of delivering successful, data-oriented products

· Being able to define and communicate product vision or strategy to others

· Having excellent command of English

· Having been involved in web and SEO projects is a plus

· Being highly analytical and methodical in approach to problem solving, with a track record in developing methodologies to measure the delivery of technology products that drive better decisions and understanding

· Having excellent communication skills and being able to communicate with the business at all levels

· Having excellent decision making, communication and problem-solving skills

· Having the desire to work in a fast-paced and creative environment

· Being able to get valuable insight, prioritize the insights and take action accordingly

· Being a creative thinker, confident and able to express complex ideas in an articulate, concise manner
