Data Scientist

This is a full-time, on-site Data Scientist role based in Warsaw. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing predictive models, analyzing large datasets, and deriving actionable insights to address complex business challenges. Tasks include data mining, building machine learning algorithms, visualizing data insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Data Scientist will design and implement innovative data models and processes and work to ensure data quality and reliability throughout projects.

• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Mining, and Statistical Modeling
• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics
• Hands-on expertise with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Knowledge of Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or similar
• Experience in implementing and optimizing algorithms to solve business problems
• Strong communication skills to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
