Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the company’s entire IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network, and security systems)
- Develop IT strategies, contribute to annual budget planning, and manage technological investments
- Oversee the operational management of the Salesforce CRM system; coordinate user management, process optimization, system enhancements, and reporting
- Organize the delivery of advanced technical support to end users and ensure continuous improvement of IT service quality
- Lead data security, backup, access control, and risk management processes
- Act as a bridge between the Turkey operation and the China headquarters;
- Adapt global IT procedures and standards to the local operation in Turkey
- Maintain regular communication with IT teams in China
- Coordinate global system updates, integrations, and new application rollouts
- Manage relationships with third-party software and technology providers and coordinate integration projects
- Ensure implementation of IT policies, procedures, and information security standards
- Manage the IT team, including task allocation, defining KPIs, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in IT, preferably with at least 2+ years of team or department management
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network management, data security, and IT infrastructure management
- Preferably experience in Salesforce CRM administration or development processes (user management, process optimization, dashboard/report creation, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of SAP modules and proven project management experience
- Experience working with international teams and applying global procedures; experience within China-based organizations is a strong plus
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced level of English
- Innovative, solution-oriented, and up-to-date with emerging technologies
