We are looking for an Assistant Manager of International Operations who will report directly to the International Sales, Operations and Business Development Manager, to contribute to the effective, efficient, and sustainable management of our company’s international operational processes; import operations, and international logistics activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree , preferably from the departments of Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields,

• At least 6 years of experience in international operations, logistics, e-import,

• Knowledgeable about customs, import, and transportation regulations,

• Able to think analytically, with operational planning and process development skills,

• Advanced written and verbal English skills,

• Proficiency in MS Office programs,

• Team-oriented, strong in communication, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities:

• To design the necessary processes to meet all the needs of international operations and ensure the development of business processes,

• To follow all operational processes in new point opening processes, including construction, logistics, technical, and purchasing,

• To establish and manage all processes of international shipments starting from the exit of the customer’s warehouse or supplier to delivery,

• To manage import processes in accordance with supplier rules and the relevant provisions of the Customs Law,

• To manage the processes of shipments that may be subject to additional charges,

• To monitor and control the organization of international operations,

• To manage the tracking and approval processes of supplier invoices,

• To follow up and approve import activities.
