Data Analytics Specialist

📣We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our Product & Analytics team to continuously improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and implement new opportunities that support our business goals!

What You’ll Do

• Define the roadmap for analytics initiatives, including user behavior analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, churn prediction, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Operations, and UX teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and key performance metrics to monitor product and business health.
• Oversee A/B testing design, implementation, and impact measurement, applying causal inference methods where appropriate.
• Partner with data engineering to maintain reliable, scalable, and high-quality data pipelines.
• Stay informed on industry developments in analytics, experimentation, and user behavior modeling.
• Being able to use the Google Analytics implentation-analysis tool, Big query & looker connection effectively is important for this position.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficient in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense).
• Strong track record in e-commerce, retail, or digital consumer businesses.
• Skilled in advanced analytics techniques, including segmentation, predictive analytics, and experimentation.
• Strategic thinker who can translate business problems into actionable analytics solutions.
• Excellent communicator, able to present complex findings in actionable ways.
• Passionate about mentoring a high-performing team and fostering a data-driven culture.
• Experience in personalization, recommendation systems, or marketing attribution analytics.
• Professional competence in English language.
