Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored AI and technology solutions to clients. Responsibilities include managing the full sales lifecycle, conducting market research, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and maintaining client satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with internal teams, track market trends, and contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify trends to create tailored client solutions
- Familiarity with AI technologies and digital tools; understanding of Microsoft AI stack is a plus
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales, technology solutions, or a similar role; knowledge of AI adoption solutions is advantageous
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively in a team
