The UX Design primary responsibility will be to drive the end-to-end product design, including discovery, ideation, conceptualizing, detailed design, prototypes and validation, within cross-functional product team
- Lead the design of end-to-end experiences, connecting digital products and offline touchpoints to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
- Conduct service design activities including journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, service blueprinting, and opportunity identification.
- Drive product design execution, from concept to delivery, producing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and customers to uncover needs, validate concepts, and align on priorities.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Leads to ensure designs meet both user and business objectives.
- Establish and contribute to design systems and reusable components that ensure consistency across products and services.
- Translate customer research and data insights into actionable improvements for products, services, and processes.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting a culture of design excellence and innovation.
- Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
- Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design.
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of Agile software development process
- Must have previous experience of working in digital product design in financial services (banking/Fintech/digital transformation)
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area
- Experience managing a team of UI/UX designers
- Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
- Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of Agile software development process
