Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN/Wireless LAN equipment and related services.
- Design, install, and configure the entire Active network, Wireless, and Wired Network Infrastructure of the project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to structured cabling systems.
- Research network monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Keep stakeholders updated on project deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
- Have advanced experience with Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls.
- Possess knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies.
- Troubleshoot IPSEC VPN and SSL VPN issues.
- Experience with SDWAN technologies.
- Work with Azure Load Balancers, Express Routes, and VPN Gateway.
- Knowledge of Aruba controllers, Aruba access points, and CPPM.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud networking.
- Work with Azure, F5, VMware NSX Load Balancer, GSLB, and WAF.
- Provide root cause analysis and resolve network issues.
- Manage incidents, change requests, and problem tickets using ITSM tools.
- Understand UTM features such as IPS/IDS, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, and Web-Filtering.
