Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN/Wireless LAN equipment and related services.
  • Design, install, and configure the entire Active network, Wireless, and Wired Network Infrastructure of the project.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to structured cabling systems.
  • Research network monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on project deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
  • Have advanced experience with Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls.
  • Possess knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies.
  • Troubleshoot IPSEC VPN and SSL VPN issues.
  • Experience with SDWAN technologies.
  • Work with Azure Load Balancers, Express Routes, and VPN Gateway.
  • Knowledge of Aruba controllers, Aruba access points, and CPPM.
  • Exposure to Azure Cloud networking.
  • Work with Azure, F5, VMware NSX Load Balancer, GSLB, and WAF.
  • Provide root cause analysis and resolve network issues.
  • Manage incidents, change requests, and problem tickets using ITSM tools.
  • Understand UTM features such as IPS/IDS, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, and Web-Filtering.
  • Implement DDoS mitigation policies.
