✅ Work side-by-side with designers, PMs, and domain experts to turn complex problems into elegant experiences

✅ Own frontend architecture decisions as we scale – from component libraries to performance optimisation

✅ Ship fast, learn fast, and see your work directly impact sustainability leaders across industries

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

🔹 5+ years of frontend development experience (React + TypeScript)

🔹 Strong grasp of modern frameworks, component-driven architecture & testing (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)

🔹 Confidence collaborating across disciplines – from UX design to backend APIs

🔹 Curiosity and product-thinking – you care about outcomes, not just output

🔹 A start-up mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and collaborative

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀:

✨ Experience working with design systems (Storybook or similar)

✨ Exposure to GraphQL/REST APIs or data-heavy applications

✨ Familiarity with Python/Django backends (for smoother cross-functional work)

✨ Passion for climate tech or sustainability – we’re here to make real-world impact
