Position: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Work Mode: Remote (with up to 10% travel)

Project Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AI Engineers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the data science lifecycle, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on customer-facing projects delivering real business impact.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Proven experience in Generative AI (GenAI) and Classical Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience working with Databricks for data engineering, model development, and deployment.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and MLOps, with a demonstrated record of productionized models.
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing consulting or technical leadership role.
• Proficiency in Python, pandas, scikit-learn, and other key data science libraries.
• Solid understanding of MLflow or similar tools for model tracking, experiment management, and deployment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
