About the Role:
We’re looking for a Reconciliation Analyst to support daily Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) reconciliation activities for NAV Production. The ideal candidate comes with strong funds industry experience, solid reconciliation exposure, and is highly comfortable with Excel/Word and new technology.
Daily Responsibilities
- Perform and guide daily TLM reconciliation activities to ensure NAV Production reconciliations are completed accurately and within controls.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to identify and resolve root-cause issues.
- Escalate outstanding items that fall outside normal clearing periods and follow up until closure.
- Continuously improve workflow efficiency, quality, and overall team processes.
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in the Funds industry or Financial Markets (Custodian, Fund Manager, Broker, or Financial Institution).
- Strong understanding of reconciliatory processes.
- Excellent proficiency in Word and Excel; tech-savvy and comfortable with new tools.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM).
- Knowledge of Mpower, FundServ, CSS, or dealer/broker back-office systems.
- General funds product knowledge.
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
- Independent, confident, and self-motivated.
- Analytical mindset.
- Comfortable learning and using new technology.
