Our challenge

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will drive the design and enhancement of our digital services across web and other digital channels, ensuring seamless, accessible, and user-centered experiences.

Role - UX Designer

Responsibility

• Proven experience as a Front End Designer, designing and enhancing services via web and other digital platforms.
• Strong background in developing UX artifacts, including streamlined scenarios, storyboards, wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional product teams in an Agile environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
• Skilled in exploring multiple design solutions and communicating those visually through sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience with production design for multiple digital devices (web, mobile, etc.) or complex enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and principles, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Familiarity with modern methodologies and design thinking approaches to improve service experiences.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Prior experience on projects comparable in size and complexity to service innovation, program review, or digital transformation.
• Experience working within a dedicated public sector central digital office.
