• Data Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document data requirements for enterprise projects.
• Must have P&C insurance experience.
• The role involves understanding business processes, translating them into data-driven solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to elicit and document data requirements.
• Analyse existing data sources and map data flows between systems.
• Create data models, data dictionaries, and transformation rules.
• Work with ETL and data engineering teams to ensure accurate data integration.
