As the supervisor of a HR shared services team, you will oversee the operational support for staff onboarding and offboarding services. The core operations of the team focus on facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires at NUHS and managing the offboarding process for departing staff. Your role involves monitoring team performance to ensure adherence to HR policies and established processes, and services are delivered timely and with quality. You will actively manage workload distribution, engage with stakeholders, and provide guidance to team members on daily operations and complex issues, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding services to ensure compliance with NUHS policies, relevant legislative requirements and established work processes, timely and accurately.
- Ensure that the HR Group Shared Services performance metrics outlined in the service level agreement (SLA) are consistently achieved and reported in a timely manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering consistent HR administrative and advisory support to stakeholders.
- Coach team members on daily operations and complex issues to enhance team performance.
- Evaluate work processes, proactively suggest and implement improvements to raise efficiency and customer experience.
- Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary as assigned by the management.
- Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
- 2 years of Human Resource work experience. Supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interested in exploring technological system solutions to automate repetitive tasks.
- Keen learner, meticulous, proactive, good in problem solving and strong team player.
