  • Lead the full project lifecycle — from initiation and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and post-deployment support.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business users to ensure quality and timely execution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive governance and issue management.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, and progress reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with government frameworks, procurement guidelines, and security standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lessons-learned exercises post-implementation.
