Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a Data Scientist / AI Engineer who will be responsible for highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist /AI Engineer

Strong background in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Requirements and Skills:

Advanced Python, collaborating in git

LLM frameworks, in particular LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI

Experience building evaluation pipelines for AI workflows (e.g. RAGAS, LangSmith)

API development with AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL, Amazon Bedrock

Optional Skills

Sphinx-based documentation

Prototyping Streamlit apps

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights. Develop predictive models and algorithms to identify trends and patterns.

Machine Learning: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models. Use statistical techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.

Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and curate data for analysis. Ensure data quality and integrity.

Algorithm Development: Create custom algorithms to solve specific business problems. Test and refine algorithms based on results.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Reporting and Visualization: Communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and visualizations. Provide clear and actionable insights.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. Apply new techniques to improve existing processes.

General Skillset Required:

Close Collaboration: Close collaboration with client’s onshore teams, enabling low-cost travel for in-person meetings, workshops, and grooming sessions. Regular face-to-face interactions are essential to foster effective communication and teamwork.

Integration and Teamwork: Proactive approach to integrating with in-house teams, ensuring effective daily cooperation and smooth collaboration between all team members, both internal and external.

Communication Skills: High proficiency in English, effective engagement in meetings, and proactive communication, with team members equipped to minimize background noise.
