What Your Day Will Look Like

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs to integrate insurance systems (e.g., EPIC, CRM, carrier platforms).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure API security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Document technical specifications and provide support to internal teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and insurance tech trends.

Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on API design and integration.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET) and RESTful API frameworks.
• Experience with insurance systems and data standards is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation and Benefits
