Job Title: Senior Android Developer

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ months (possible extension OR conversion)

Overview:

Seeking an Android Developer with experience in Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK to design, develop, and optimize high-quality Android applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Android apps using Kotlin/Java.
• Integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL and collaborate with backend teams.
• Implement MVVM architecture, Material Design, and AndroidX best practices.
• Ensure app performance, security, and scalability across devices.
• Write and maintain unit/instrumentation tests (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito).
• Work with CI/CD, Git, Firebase, and SQLite.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams and code reviews.

Requirements:

• Strong in RESTful integration, testing frameworks, and performance tuning.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and mobile security.
• Familiarity with React Native, Angular, or Ionic is a plus.
