Job Summary (AI Consultant)

  • Project Focus: Integration of AI chatbot features into MarketView application; enable team self-sufficiency in AI/LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and architect AI/LLM (Large Language Model) solutions for chatbot integration.
  • Guide AI systems design, development, code reviews, and quality engineering.
  • Drive technical discussions and make team-based design decisions.
  • Collaborate using Agile Scrum methodologies for solution development and support.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (design diagrams, release notes, code comments, use cases, training materials).
  • Mentor and train internal staff on AI engineering best practices.
  • Support internal/external clients and deliver software solutions.
  • Research, prototype, and promote innovative AI concepts and tools.
  • Collaborate with Architecture team to meet and extend corporate standards for AI-enabled applications.
  • Engage in knowledge transfer to build in-house AI/LLM expertise.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Extensive experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, and agent tools (e.g. Semantic Kernel, LangChain).
  • Proficiency with .NET Framework/Core, C#, SQL Server, Web API, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Expertise in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), embedding models, and vector databases.
  • Skilled in prompt engineering and domain-specific model adaptation (e.g., fine-tuning/distillation).
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, TFS, Git, and Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of software patterns (DI, MVC), SOA, and code management best practices.
  • Experience with automation testing (unit, smoke, integration tests) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to function in Agile/Scrum teams and lead feature delivery from ideation to deployment.
