Optomi, in partnership with a leading insurance organization, is seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to partner with program and delivery leadership, guiding teams through transformation, operational execution, and tool adoption. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, proven resilience, and the ability to balance structure with adaptability. This is a long-term hybrid position, requiring two days per week onsite in one of their office locations.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Coach multiple teams and leaders at the program and portfolio levels in Agile best practices.
• Partner with leadership to drive operational execution and continuous improvement.
• Guide teams through adoption and effective use of Agile tools such as Targetprocess and Azure DevOps.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and strategy sessions to enhance Agile maturity.
• Build trust across teams through transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving.
• Promote critical thinking around SAFe implementation, ensuring value-driven adoption rather than framework dependency.
• Provide actionable insights based on real-world coaching experience.

Qualifications of the right candidate:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach with measurable impact in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success coaching program- or portfolio-level initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Targetprocess and Azure DevOps; ability to coach others in their use.
• Strong communication and leadership presence; skilled at building trust and alignment.
