About The Role

Your responsibilities include, among others:

Build systematic insights, data visualization, intuitive dashboards and data modelling to support decision making processes across the Clients team
Work with various databases and systems to create tools for measuring business growth
Generate reports from a complex data landscape, identify issues and suggest opportunities for improvement
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide support to business users of the reporting tools
Improve internal processes via automation of manual tasks
Ensure tools/ product performance, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful tools/ product design.
Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.
Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment.
Partner with business stakeholders to elaborate business requirements

Our ideal candidate

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

Experience in working with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel and SQL is a must
Firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back- end languages
Experience in reporting on large amount of data
Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Background and experience with IT projects in the financial industry
Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and passion for automation of tasks
Analytical skills to ask the right questions, elicit, dissect, organize, translate, and cross reference requirements
Communication ability to successfully bridge the gap between business and tech
Business proficiency in English and preferably German
