Program Manager – Commercial Software Delivery (Remote, US-Based)

The Opportunity

As a Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex software initiatives that directly support commercial growth. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, seamless execution, and delivery excellence across product development, engineering, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software development programs, from planning through to release
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to prioritize features and track progress against roadmap milestones
  • Maintain clear program documentation, communications, and performance tracking
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure timely delivery
  • Define and track key metrics for program health and success
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

About You

  • 3+ years of program management experience with a PMP certification
  • Proven background managing software programs in commercial environments
  • Strong understanding of engineering and product development lifecycles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced in risk management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, innovative settings where priorities evolve quickly
