Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate should be eager to work with data, perform analysis, and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with internship/academic project experience in data analysis or business analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large data sets from multiple sources (Excel, SQL, APIs).
- Perform data analysis using Python, R, or SQL to identify patterns and trends.
- Build reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize KPIs.
- Support senior analysts and business stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.
- Document data processes and maintain data accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical needs of ongoing projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience (academic/internship) with Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic statistics and data visualization principles.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with ETL tools or data pipeline automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning concepts.
