- Conduct scenario analysis and predictive modeling for policy planning.
- Prepare decision briefs and impact assessments for executive review.
- Integrate financial, operational, and strategic data into decision models.
- Support inter-ministerial working groups with analytical expertise.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in strategic reporting or performance analysis, including at least 3 years in a role within a Qatari government entity.
- Experience in aligning local reporting systems with international standards and benchmarks.
- Strong understanding of government planning processes and reporting requirements.
- Background in policy impact analysis and strategic communication with government stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
