Job Overview:
UniHawk is seeking an experienced and proactive Center Coordinator to manage admissions, coordinate operations, and support our expanding activities in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with a background in sales coordination or education management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including course guidance, parent communication, and student onboarding.
- Coordinate with counsellors to schedule meetings and ensure smooth admissions operations.
- Support Business Unit Heads, students, and parents with queries, documentation, and timelines.
- Drive admissions conversions, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local education regulations and maintain accurate records of events and school fairs.
- Collaborate with the Test Prep and Tutoring team for scheduling and coordination.
- Review applications (UCAS, Common App, OUAC, etc.) for eligibility and academic fit.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in sales coordination, admissions, or customer-facing roles (education sector preferred).
- Strong client-handling, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
