What is the project, and why should you care?

Our client is a global AWS Premier Partner specializing in cloud-native software development, application modernization, and scalable data solutions. With a strong focus on innovation and technical excellence, Client supports companies across diverse industries in building modern, high-performance systems using cutting-edge technologies.

In this project, the team is enhancing a data-driven web platform that combines powerful Angular (v15+) front-end architecture with a .NET 6+ Web API backend. The focus is on building interactive data visualizations (using D3.js and Kendo UI), dynamic forms, and robust front-end testing with Playwright. The solution emphasizes clean code, responsive UI/UX, and high performance.

The team operates in an Agile/Scrum environment with daily English video calls, working remotely within an international setup. Collaboration, ownership, and attention to detail are key to the project’s success.

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:

• Proven experience with Angular (v15+; ideally v19).
• Any experience with D3.js for data visualization
• Experience working with Kendo UI or similar component libraries.
• Experience writing automated tests with Playwright (or similar frameworks).
• Solid hands-on experience with Reactive Forms and dynamic form rendering in Angular.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript, HTML, SCSS, and design principles.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data handling.
• Basic knowledge of and experience with C#
• Basic knowledge of and experience with .NET 6 version Web API or newer.
• Any experience using Entity Framework Core 6 or newer
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of advanced .NET and C# concepts (async-await, web api lifecycle events, background tasks, scheduling)
• Any experience with messaging frameworks (RabbitMQ, MQTT, etc.)
• Experience with performance optimization for a large and old codebase.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Working experience with live software (Backwards compatibility)

Language:

• English, German are an advantage
