Product Designer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract – 6 months (possibility of extension)

Experience Required: 5–7 years in product design with consumer product expertise

We are hiring a Product Designer to craft mobile-first consumer experiences that are visually engaging, intuitive, and impactful. This role requires both creative craft and system-level thinking, as you’ll design journeys used by thousands of end users daily. You’ll take ownership of product design from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure usability, accessibility, and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design for B2C mobile and web applications, ensuring user journeys are seamless and engaging.
Translate user research and product requirements into clear, compelling design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI assets for mobile-first experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align on goals and execution.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
Conduct usability testing with real users to validate and iterate on designs.
Stay updated on mobile design trends and apply best practices for consumer apps.
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all features and platforms.

What You Bring

5–7 years of product design experience, with a strong focus on consumer-facing and mobile-first projects.
A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and visual excellence.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with an eye for detail and polish.
Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, motion, and micro-interactions.
Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
Clear communication, problem-solving mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
