Location - London, Hybrid -3 Days per week onsite

Contract - Initially 3 Months, extension likely

Join my hospitality customer to lead the development of cutting-edge Android apps! We're looking for a Tech Lead with circa 10+ years of experience in Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose, who thrives on clean architecture, scalable design, and mentoring teams.

• Proven experience leading Android teams and mentoring developers.
• Deep expertise in Kotlin, Java, RxJava, and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns, asynchronous programming, and UI/UX best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing (JUnit, Espresso), and DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Play Console, crash analytics, A/B testing, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of mobile security, data encryption, and compliance with Play Store policies.
• Agile mindset with experience in Scrum or similar methodologies.
