What You'll Bring To The Table

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM1 or better) and experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in a software delivery team.
• Experience coaching teams and individuals to improve performance.
• Can demonstrate awareness of others' views, motivations and thoughts through active listening techniques.
• Experienced communicator and facilitator of large groups.
• Able to maintain a high degree of customer / client / sponsor satisfaction and professionalism.
