Your aim as a Marketing Assistant is to drive the sales performance across Nordics with creative marketing, grow market share, and support the objective of re-establishing Bugaboo as the most desired, talked about, and recommended premium parenting brand. You are part of the Nordics Marketing Team and report to the Marketing Manager for Nordics.
You will join the small team based in Stockholm, consisting of two colleagues on-site, while collaborating with a broader team across EMEA. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work partly remotely and partly from a co-working space in Stockholm.
What will you do
- Manage the marketing calendar for Nordics in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Develop and execute joint marketing plans with selected Nordic retailers.
- Plan and execute social media strategies, including community management, for the Nordic region.
- Oversee influencer and PR marketing, including seeding activities in partnership with the Marketing Manager and PR agency.
- Organize marketing events for the Nordics with support from the Marketing Manager.
- Brief the Go-to-Market team on creative asset requirements.
- Assist with copywriting tasks as needed.
- Help define product and marketing message priorities for the .com homepage across the region.
- Manage the process of raising purchase orders for marketing expenditures and maintain budget trackers.
- Provide translation and proofreading support in Swedish when required.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Ad-hoc requirements depending on the marketing strategy.
What you will bring to the table
The ideal candidate will hold a marketing degree and have at least 1 year of marketing experience. Most importantly, they will possess the right mindset to succeed.
Experience in retail marketing and supporting marketing managers across various channels is preferred. Proficiency in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and PR is essential.
The successful individual will be commercially minded, skilled at building strong partnerships with brands and retailers, and an effective team player. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to market changes.
You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
