As a Senior Tech Lead, you will make an impact by leading and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure IT solutions. You will be a valued member of our technology team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, test, release management, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

About The Role
As a Senior Tech Lead, you will make an impact by leading and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure IT solutions. In This Role, You Will
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers/engineers to deliver robust solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and offer architectural oversight.
- Drive best practices in software development, DevOps, security, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end enterprise-level project implementations.
- Strong background in .Net technologies, with solid understanding of the .Net tech stack and database skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (test, release management, infrastructure).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Prior experience working with (Swiss banking environtment and Azure Cloud.
- Experience in driving DevOps and security best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
