Digital Build Services is the innovation engine within KPMG Australia's Consulting division. Our focus is on transforming how we deliver solutions to clients and embed AI in the way we work. We are a highly motivated and collaborative multi-disciplinary team who combine deep business expertise with cutting-edge technology to design and build AI-first products that drive measurable impact for our people and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Analytics & AI Expertise Design and implement AI/ML models and analytics processes to solve complex business problems.
- Evaluation-Based Design Apply rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure solutions meet accuracy, performance, and ethical standards.
- Business Translation Work with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable analytics and AI workflows.
- Collaboration & Guidance Act as a senior resource within the team, providing technical insight and coaching to analysts when needed.
- Innovation Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and analytics to keep the organisation at the forefront of industry practices.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models for business applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python for analytics and model development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience contributing to team development and supporting junior colleagues.
Desirable Attributes
- Passion for innovation and solving complex problems.
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles and evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to integrate analytics into business strategy and operations.
