Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all Data & AI engagements, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
• Strategic Account Oversight: Manage large-scale accounts, focusing on delivering value, meeting KPIs, and achieving client goals through tailored solutions.
• Cloud and AI Leadership: Lead discussions on AI and ML use cases, business benefits, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions across various industries.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with sales and internal teams to design strategic solutions using Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex AI, or AWS platforms.
• Data Governance: Drive data governance strategies, including Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog, and Metadata Management to ensure high standards for client data integrity.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Expertise in Data & AI: Extensive experience in designing and architecting Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Data Lakes.
• Cloud Technology Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex AI, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Data Governance: Strong expertise in implementing data governance solutions, ensuring data quality, and managing metadata.
• Strategic Account Management: Proven ability to manage large strategic accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, growth, and achieving KPIs.
• Advanced Analytics: Ability to lead discussions on AI & ML solutions, and translate them into business benefits for clients.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proven experience in crafting Proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and Master Services Agreements (MSA).
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Location:

This position is based in Sweden with occasional travel to client sites as required.
