Your Job’s Key Responsibilities Are

• Developing a clear product vision and strategy based on user and market needs, and translating this into concrete roadmaps and prioritized backlogs for the development teams
• Successfully managing agile projects from conception to go-live – with a focus on transparent communication, efficient resource management, and adherence to quality, scope, and budget
• Providing strategic advice to customers on an equal footing, understanding their business goals, and jointly developing digital solutions with measurable added value
• Inspiring and empowering interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Early detection and management of technical risks and project challenges, as well as proactive development of strategies to ensure software quality and a smooth product launch
  
  

Your Skills

Essential Skills:

• +3 years of professional experience in IT project management or as a product owner
• Experience in using agile project management methods
• Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1 level) and German (C2 level)
• Strong communication skills and initiative
• Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 15% of working hours)

• Completed studies in the field of software or business (TU, FH or similar)
• Technical understanding of e-commerce platforms or content management systems
