Technical Lead

The Technical Lead – Mobile App Dev Team is responsible for the design, development, and continuous optimization of mobile applications in the public transport domain. This role combines technical leadership (managing a team of 10 developers) with strategic ownership of scalable and high-performance mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile development team (React Native)
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable app architectures
• Collaborate closely with backend, UX/UI, and QA teams
• Manage CI/CD, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Firebase)
• Oversee code quality, testing, and deployment processes
• Mentor and coach developers
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap of mobile products

Evaluation Criteria

• Experience with mobile architecture (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter)
• Skilled in backend integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of CI/CD, security, and performance optimization
• Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communicator, able to document and justify technical decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in mobile development, with a focus on React Native
• 4+ years of experience in public transport or real-time data systems
• Knowledge of Objective-C/Swift and Java/Kotlin for native integrations
• Strong command of Git, CI/CD, and version control strategies
• Expertise in app performance optimization and team scaling
• Excellent command of English, both technical and communicative
