We’re looking for a skilled Earthworks Site Project Manager to join Budimex and the Rail Baltic project in Estonia — a transformative development connecting the Baltic States with the rest of Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project delivered in an Alliance model, where collaboration, transparency, and shared success are key.
Your Mission as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and coordination of technical solutions with designers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with HSE standards.
- Minimizing environmental and social impact, especially near protected Natura 2000 areas.
- Managing subcontractors and service providers, ensuring quality and performance.
- Overseeing documentation and reporting using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Taking ownership of budgeting and cost control within assigned work packages.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Certification: Valid authorization to manage large-scale construction works.
- Experience: Proven track record in large-scale earthworks and infrastructure projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and familiarity with CDE platforms. Experience with Last Planner System and Situational Awareness Systems is a plus.
- Language: Good knowledge of English verbally and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in multicultural, international teams.
- Strong sense of collaboration, transparency, and respect for cultural differences.
