About The Role
Your tasks include to create tools and systems for pricing insurances, as well as predicting the claim cost associated with the insurances sold. This is challenging from a mathematical point of view, but it also lets you grow within business understanding, systems development, and not least communication and cooperation in a Nordic product development team.
After following this path, you have a good background for finding your future career in If, where you can choose to continue to focus on data analytics, or to proceed with product ownership, digitalization of sales, or to coach and help new employees to get started with their own careers.
Who are you?
You will work together with skilled colleagues who help each other to succeed. These are characteristics of your prospective colleagues, and what we expect from you:
- A master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or computer science. Some of the team members have also specialized in actuarial science.
- Experience with, e.g., volunteering, sales, teaching, sports.
- Being structured and like to get things done.
- Communication and cooperation skills.
- To be curious and analytical, and to be motivated by working hands on in various data environments like SQL, R or Python.
