They’re looking for both a Lead Product Designer and a Senior Product Designer to help take their design culture to the next level.

💡 What they’re looking for:

⚡ End-to-end product design experience — from discovery to delivery

🧠 Background in AI-driven or complex/enterprise-grade products

🚀 Time spent in both high-growth startups and large tech environments

👥 For the Lead role:

You’ll lead a small (and growing) team of 3 designers, working closely with PMs and engineers to craft AI-powered products used at scale.

They’re after someone with strong mentorship and leadership skills, and a passion for raising the design bar.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Hybrid – full relocation required)

💰 Salary: €85–135k per annum TAX-FREE, depending on experience
