Compensation: €90,000-€110,000

We're seeking a hands-on Senior Developer / Tech Lead to build and guide the next generation of a logistics integration platform. This role blends coding, architecture, and team leadership - perfect for someone who delivers through action, mentors through collaboration, and enjoys solving real integration challenges in a fast-moving product environment

• Develop and ship production-quality features in C#/.NET or Node.js/TypeScript

• Shape and evolve platform architecture through implementation and refactoring

• Mentor developers through pairing, reviews, and example-driven leadership

• Collaborate with product teams to turn business needs into working solutions
  
  

• 8-12+ years in software development

• Proven track record delivering production systems end-to-end

• Experience mentoring and leading developers in team environments

• Strong logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce software background (3+ years)
  
  

• Backend mastery in C#/.NET Core or Node.js/TypeScript

• Skilled in designing APIs, microservices, and data models

• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Azure (Kubernetes, Service Bus, Functions)

• Deep understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML, EDI/EDIFACT)
  
  

• Lead technical direction and architecture for a strategic logistics platform

• Build solutions connecting enterprise systems across logistics and e-commerce

• Grow and elevate team capability through mentorship and example
