Location: remote (occasional travel to other locations within Germany)

Contract: Initially limited until December 2026 (planned to be transferred to a newly founded government-funded company with permanent contracts)

Your role
As an Agile Coach / Scrum Master (f/m/d),you help our teams work effectively, deliver value and continuously improve. You foster collaboration, facilitate agile meetings and create an environment where people can focus, learn and grow together. Your goal is to enable teams to work with clarity, ownership and agility every day.
Your tasks
- Facilitation of Scrum and other agile meetings (e.g. Reviews, Retrospectives, Plannings, Daily Stand-ups).
- Supporting one or more teams in applying agile principles and practices in their daily work.
- Coaching Product Owners and team members to strengthen self-organisation and accountability.
- Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder progress.
- Promoting transparency and effective communication within and across teams.
- Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align approaches and share best practices.
- Observing and analysing team dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Fostering a culture of openness, feedback, and continuous learning.
Your profile
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in agile development or innovation teams.
- Solid understanding of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and the principles behind them.
- Experience in facilitating and designing meetings and workshops.
- Empathy, active listening, and the ability to guide teams through change and growth.
- Strong communication skills paired with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
- Motivation to help people and teams reach their potential through collaboration and clarity.
- Knowledge of agile tools (especially JIRA).
- Very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
