The Opportunity

As a Founding Engineer, you’ll join an early technical team and work directly with founders to build products from 0→1.

You’ll move across backend, frontend, and AI/agentic layers — designing systems that are fast, reliable, and intelligent.

You’ll help shape the architecture, choose the stack, and define how the company builds long term.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Next.js, React, or Vue)
• Experience building and scaling APIs and data systems
• Pragmatic approach to testing, debugging, and iteration
• Curiosity about AI, agentic systems, and automation workflows

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Docker, AWS, or cloud-native deployments
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS or product-focused startups
• Strong product sense and an eye for clean UX
