Senior DevOps Engineer - AWS

Fantastic opportunity to work as a Senior DevOps Engineer for a scaling technology company, you will have strong AWS services skill set and experience.

This is a senior role, you will need to have at least 7 years experience working within a DevOps role and experience of leading a small team.

This is a full time, permanent role, based on-site in Dublin 3 days per week, 2 days work from home.

Salary: approx. 85,000 Euros - 90,000 Euros + Bonus + Benefits

Key Skills and Competencies

You must have at least 7 years DevOps experience.

AWS Certification is beneficial

Proven experience running AWS infrastructure at scale

Ownership of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and incident response.

Ability to partner with mobile, backend, AI/ML, and integrations teams effectively.

Expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters, particularly in EKS, with tools like Karpenter and KEDA.

In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, scaling, and AWS services.

Knowledge of GitOps practices with tools like ArgoCD for automated application deployment.

Proficient in tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch for monitoring and visualization.

Ability to set up alerting and dashboards to ensure real-time insights and issue detection
