What will your role be?

We are looking for a BackEnd Developer to perform the following activities:

• Lead and mentor a backend team (4–5 devs)
• Design and oversee backend architecture (Laravel + AWS)
• Design and optimize relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB on AWS RDS)
• Develop and maintain backend services (PHP)
• Deploy and scale via AWS ECS and Lambda
• Contribute to core feature development (Laravel, AWS Lambda/ECS/RDS)
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps for IaC automation (Terraform), and CTO
• Monitor systems via CloudWatch and Datadog
• Support ETL / Data Integration processes (Laravel or Apache Hop)
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and Agile processes
• Shape product technical roadmap
