ETEON is a deep-tech startup building an AI-driven ecosystem to redefine how talent is assessed and developed.

We blend Generative AI, psychometrics, and interactive UX to create adaptive and immersive digital experiences.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Engineer who can work closely with our product & software teams to design intuitive, high-quality interfaces and also support marketing with visual content creation and brand materials.

This is a hybrid creative role: part product designer, part visual designer, part systems thinker.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design UX/UI for web modules, cognitive tasks, and interactive assessments
• Create prototypes and collaborate directly with engineers
• Build visually coherent design systems
• Support marketing with graphics, visuals, and content design
• Contribute to both product experience and brand identity

🎓 Requirements

• Strong UX/UI design skills (Figma or similar)
• Solid graphic design abilities (visual hierarchy, layout, typography)
• Ability to work with developers and understand technical constraints
• Experience creating marketing visuals and content
• Portfolio demonstrating product design + creative work

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with interactive or gamified UX
• Familiarity with AI tools and generative workflows
• Motion design or micro-interactions
• Experience in startups or early-stage environments
