About the role


We’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join our team in Italy. This is a growth opportunity for someone passionate about renewable energy who wants to learn how to manage real-world energy community projects. You’ll start by supporting project planning, stakeholder coordination, and technical documentation and grow into a Technical Project Manager role as you gain experience.


What you will do


  • Support the setup and coordination of energy community projects across Italy.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, feasibility studies, and reports.
  • Learn to use the HexErgy platform for data collection, design, and management.
  • Collaborate with municipalities, utilities, and technical partners.
  • Help track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to validating new community energy models and processes.


Who you are


  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, or Environmental Sciences.
  • 0–3 years of experience in energy, sustainability, or project coordination.
  • You’re passionate about renewablesenergy transition, and decentralized systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and comfortable working in English.
  • Eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow in a fast-moving environment.


Nice to have


  • Basic understanding of energy community regulations in Italy.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, SaaS platforms, or GIS).
  • Experience with renewable energy, startups, or EU sustainability projects.
