⚡ We’re hiring: Junior Technical Support Developer
Setupad (Riga · Vilnius · Madrid) helps hundreds of publishers worldwide grow through smarter ad monetization.
We’re looking for a Junior Technical Support Developer to help implement, maintain, and improve our Self-Serve advertising platform — supporting publishers, optimizing systems, and turning technical challenges into scalable solutions.
Join a bootstrapped and profitable ad tech startup where your work directly impacts global publishers, including news sites, blogs, and niche media platforms. Setupad is a member of Prebid.org and a Google Certified Publishing Partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support publishers in implementing and troubleshooting Setupad’s solutions.
- Maintain and optimize Setupad’s public website and internal tools.
- Collaborate with the IT team on new product features and system improvements.
- Test and validate new features, sharing feedback for roadmap planning.
- Work closely with other developers and manage outsourced specialists.
REQUIREMENTS
✔ 1+ years of experience in software development; experience in ad tech, SaaS, or B2B is a plus.
✔ Strong English writing and communication skills.
✔ Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress; familiarity with DevTools.
✔ Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Core: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WordPress, browser DevTools.
- Advantageous: React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, Redis, Git, Docker, Prebid.js, Material UI, GoLang, Express.js, or experience with programmatic ad serving and web analytics tools.
