Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Neopay to lead business development, product innovation, and market expansion in Lithuania, and to drive strategic growth across Europe. You will take ownership of Neopay’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, while building strategic relationships with key clients and uncovering new growth opportunities.

What you will do:
- Strategy & Products ownership. Lead the development and execution of Neopay product roadmap, strategic direction, and budget planning.
- Market Expansion: Drive business development initiatives across target markets including Lithuania, Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, France, and the broader CEE region to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Team & Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies, aligning local strategies with overall company goals. Build and scale high-performing teams to support business growth.
- Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead an international team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure operational alignment with internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in the rollout of new products and services.
What We Expect from You:
- 4+ years in senior leadership roles (C-level or equivalent) within fintech, payments, or broader financial services.
- Deep understanding of fintech products, with proven experience in payments, acquiring, BNPL, or alternative payment methods.
- Proven track record in driving commercial success and negotiating complex partnerships or enterprise deals.
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build teams, systems, and strategies from the ground up.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- High level of independence, self-motivation, and results orientation.
