Algoteque is a Software Development and IT Nearshore company with over 15 years of experience in providing augmented teams and delivering scalable IT solutions for businesses across multiple industries.

We are building a dedicated team in our delivery centre in Wrocław to work on an innovative project for the education sector. This project involves the integration and enhancement of several systems into a unified, scalable SaaS platform hosted in an AWS environment. It also includes the development of advanced modules for real-time scheduling, business intelligence and AI, and data management, all aimed at transforming operations and improving user experiences across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Manage the process of app store submissions (App Store and Play Store).
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure cross-platform functionality using React Native or similar frameworks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in iOS and Android development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Experience with app store publishing and compliance standards.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Flutter or similar cross-platform tools.
• Familiarity with React Native and mobile UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with Firebase services (e.g., Crashlytics, Analytics).
• Experience with push notifications and mobile security best practices.
